It's official: The Dogue makes its debut at Coutellia.
The international art and tradition knife fair will be held in Thiers on May 17 and 18, 2025, And The Coutellerie Française de Tradition will be presenting Le Dogue for the very first time. Join us at table F60.

The Dogue is more than a knife: it's a rebirth.
Inspired by the Manufrance Bulldog (1906), it has been completely redesigned for today. Exclusive design by Romain Alvarez, semi-artisanal manufacturing at Florinox, hand-finished... and 100% Thiers. Present it to Coutellia, right here, had something obvious.
